Happy Blogiversary!

As of today I have been blogging for one year! I'm no yarn harlot... but I love updating - for myself and for you. This has become a record of my knitting projects and the going-ons of my life. It has become a way of staying in touch with friends who are no longer near by to catch up with.

You have seen me stress through the Yarn Harlot's crazy idea of the Knitting Olympics. You have seen me anticipate my trip to Israel and then my excitement as I shared a few stories of my experiences there. From get together with friends and family to weddings, I feel as if I have shared it all. You have even seen my knitting projects (hopefully I didn't bore you too much!).

Here's to another year - with hopefully a little more excitement.

It's been too long!

It has been almost a full month since I last updated and in the last month or so I've gone through a few big changes.

1) I've finished my undergrad school work.
2) I've moved back home.
3) I've started back up working a full time job.

And while these three things are done nearly everyday by everyone, it makes for quite an adjustment. I am out of college and for the first time I feel like I'm being thrown into the "real world."

I've been knitting and reading and working on getting involved in the community. We got our first snowfall of the season a few days ago. It is a miracle we made it this long without snow. (Meanwhile, my favorite Carolyn is buried in Colorado!)
